The Village of Brewster in Putnam County, NY is an historic community about an hour north of New York City, 30 minutes north of White Plains, and 10 minutes from the City of Danbury, CT.  The Village is pursuing strategies and resources to renew the community by re-purposing vacant buildings, leveraging new and upgraded infrastructure, and capitalizing on the hub of two interstate highways.  For these reasons, Brewster was a perfect setting for this new modular home.

John Sullivan, JS Modular Homes, recently built this custom 2-Story home in Brewster.  John has been a modular builder in New York for over 20 years.  He has built numerous modular homes around Westchester and Putnam counties over the last 20 years.  The house he recently erected was a fully custom 2-Story with turret roofs and gable dormers.  These accents give this home some very nice curb-appeal.  This home was JS Modular Homes’ first Simplex Industries’ modular home.  It was delivered in October 2016 and is in its final stages of completion.  John was very impressed by Simplex Homes’ quality and service.  He currently has several more homes in the pipeline.
