Simplex is excited to announce its affiliation with Equinox Management and Construction from Philadelphia, PA to build Luna on Pine located at 400 South 40th Street in the University City Area of Philadelphia next to the University of Pennsylvania.
This 5 story modular apartment project was designed by Atkin Olshin Schade Architects of Philadelphia. The project consists of 108 modular components (or boxes) and is made up (101) studio units, (5) 1 bedroom units, (10) 2 bedroom apartments, geared for graduate student living. This type III building project, which has a strong focus towards the National Green Building Standards started production in our plant 2 manufacturing facility back in December, will begin setting in its
permanent location on South 40th Street in March of 2018 with a grand opening slated for early August of 2018.
