In a recent article by the Modular Home Builder Association, Hudson Valley Home Source and Simplex Homes were highlighted for February’s “Home of the Month”.
Hudson Valley Home Source, LLC worked with Simplex Homes to design a second home country getaway for a family from the NYC Metro area.
Atop a knoll with beautiful views, this home features 3,100 sf of living space including 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a full functional mud-room, two covered porches, and three-car attached garage. The homeowner’s finishing touches make this house a warm and inviting home. The home opens to an open foyer that leads into a large kitchen. This state-of-the-art kitchen features Merillat maple kitchen cabinets, and granite counter tops. The opulent white cabinets match perfectly with the hickory wood flooring that is found throughout the home. The basement as well as first floor of the house feature 9-foot ceilings complement a high output kinetic fireplace with cultured stone surround. Andersen 400 Series windows and doors were utilized throughout the entire home.
The project was started and completed with a total build time of less than 120 days from land clearing to project completion.
