Anthony Zarrilli, the firm’s principal, is a national board member on the Modular Home Builder’s Association. He also sits on the advisory board for Excel Modular Homes. Zarrilli was named a Top 30 under 40 by the National Builder’s Systems Council. Also graduated from University of Florida with a degree in Economics and minor in Finance.  Additionally Anthony holds a MBA from Georgian Court University.

Noteworthy accolades include multiple Home of the Month and Home of the Year awards from the Modular Home Builder’s Association as well as a FAME award for Best Design Center and Custom Home Builder. The Asbury Park Press recognized Zarrilli Homes numerous times as a Best of the Best Builder in Monmouth & Ocean Counties.
