Thomas E. Coronato has had 22 years of experience in the construction lending business. His experience has given him a unique perspective into our present state-of-affairs in the new construction and mortgage origination markets. Currently with Citizens Bank NA for the past 7 years, Tom previously worked for Wells Fargo Bank NA for 15 years.

Tom is a national leader in construction/permanent lending, an Annual Citizens Lending President’s Club Member and a Citizens of Excellent Award winner. He serves as a board member of the Pocono Builder Association and the Building Systems Council – modular division of the NAHB. Tom is also a member of the NAHB as well as the Modular Home Builders Association.

Tom Coronato can often be found speaking at numerous building show events such as the Las Vegas International Builder Show and the Industrial Wood-Based Construction Conference. You can further read Tom’s book “The Only Real Estate Investment Book You Will Ever Need” of which he is a co-author.
